Extra requests & projects needing an audit

Extra requests are estimated and agreed before work begins, at €85 excl. VAT (€101.15 incl. 19% VAT) per hour or as a separate fixed-price package. Where a fixed price would be unreliable—existing code before an audit, online multiplayer or unresolved research—we say so beforehand and agree work by effort.

Payment, acceptance and handover

We define the scope and price, develop with feedback at agreed milestones, then hand over the reviewed result after full payment.

Proposal, acceptance & handover details

The proposal records deliverables, exclusions, assumptions, open questions, price and schedule. You accept it in text form; the deposit reserves the agreed project slot.

You review the result against the agreed scope within 10 business days and confirm acceptance in text form. Source code, documentation and agreed usage rights follow full payment. Third-party components retain their own licences.

Payment is due within 14 days; offers are valid for 14 days. Consumers receive the required withdrawal information before contracting. Starting early requires express consent.

Response times, requirements & exceptions

Concept and fixed-price proposal within 12 business hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–20:00 Europe/Berlin; only time within this window counts) after a complete project inquiry arrives through our form. Inquiries outside these hours count from 08:00 on the next working day; public holidays move the deadline accordingly. This applies to projects up to €25,000 excluding VAT. Larger projects receive an initial assessment within 12 business hours and a concept within 3 working days. Existing code, online multiplayer, medium or large games, and health or payment data receive an initial assessment and an offer for a code audit or concept phase within 12 business hours. That offer states whether later work can be fixed-price or will be charged by time spent. The inquiry is non-binding.
Project start on the next working day after order confirmation and receipt of the 30% deposit, subject to capacity confirmed in our offer. Rush surcharge: 20%, at least €200 excluding VAT (€238 including VAT). For consumers, work before the end of the withdrawal period requires your express consent.
Starting prices exclude 19% German VAT; consumers pay the stated VAT-inclusive price. Each starting price covers the minimum scope described beside it. Excluded work and third-party costs such as store fees, hosting and licences are listed with each package. All prices and packages.

Defects, maintenance & later changes

A deviation from the agreed scope is handled under the applicable warranty rules. New features, routine operation and adapting to later changes in operating systems, stores, browsers or third-party services are maintenance or a new commission. Mandatory consumer rights for digital products, including applicable update obligations, remain unaffected.

The terms agreed in your individual offer and applicable law govern your commission.
