  1. You receive a concept within 12 business hours, or 48 business hours where the estimated project scope exceeds €25,000 excluding VAT. This also applies to complex projects. Time counts after a complete inquiry arrives through our form, Monday–Friday, 08:00–20:00 Europe/Berlin. Outside this window it starts at 08:00 on the next working day; public holidays at our company location in Starnberg, Bavaria, do not count. The concept sets out scope, approach, cost range and open questions. Clearly defined work includes a fixed-price proposal. If existing code, online multiplayer or sensitive data first require an audit or detailed concept phase, the concept identifies those steps and their proposal; a reliable implementation price follows that review. The inquiry is non-binding.

Prices include both the amount excluding VAT and the consumer price including VAT. Domain, hosting, platform fees and licences are additional where applicable. Full pricing and delivery conditions.

Payment and rights at a glance

  • 30% on commissioning as a deposit, 70% only after full completion and your acceptance of the agreed scope.
  • Source code, documentation and the rights agreed in the proposal are handed over after full payment.
  • Changes only at your request: estimated in advance, €85 excl. VAT (€101.15 incl. 19% VAT) per hour or as a new fixed-price package.
  • Third-party costs such as store fees, hosting, domain and licences are not included in the fixed price. The respective providers bill them separately.

Website Start uses Astro and Cloudflare. Larger websites and shops receive a technical plan suited to their scope. Hosting runs on your account; the proposal identifies any ongoing services and costs.

  2. Concept + fixed price

    within 12 business hours, 48 above €25,000 net¹

    Our understanding in our own words, what is included and what is not, the price excluding and including VAT, schedule, assumptions and open questions.

  3. Approval & deposit

    30%

    You confirm the proposal in text form; the deposit reserves your slot. Consumers receive the information on the right of withdrawal beforehand.

  4. Start

    On request: start on the next business day²

    Kick-off meeting (30 minutes), access and content, then work begins; without the rush option, within the period stated in the proposal.

  5. Sprint demos

    every week

    After each sprint (a short work cycle), a test version for you to try. Intermediate versions are for your feedback and do not trigger another instalment.

  6. Acceptance

    10 business days to review

    You check the completed result against the agreed scope and declare acceptance in text form. The final payment of 70% is due only after full completion and your acceptance.

  7. Source code & rights

    on full payment

    Repository, access and build instructions; exclusive usage rights to everything created individually for you, and a perpetual non-exclusive right to use our templates and tools (such as the design system) for your project. Third-party components such as open-source libraries keep their own licences. You are not tied to us. After that, we fix deviations from the accepted scope under the warranty (2 years for consumers, 1 year for businesses); updates, new operating system, store or browser versions and extensions are maintenance, a development budget or a new order. For consumers, the mandatory statutory rules for digital products (sections 327 ff. of the German Civil Code) also apply, for example on updates. If a service is to deviate from them, we agree this expressly and separately in the proposal.

  2. Project start on the next working day after order confirmation and receipt of the 30% deposit, subject to capacity confirmed in our offer. Rush surcharge: 20%, at least €200 excluding VAT (€238 including VAT). For consumers, work before the end of the withdrawal period requires your express consent.
